Aaaah!!!

I was just talking with a co-worker, and I made the sad realization that, since I started writing this blog two months ago, I have only had a net loss of three pounds!!! Time to step it up :)

  1. The weight loss will come naturally. The change that you notice in your body is what matters. Yo-yo dieting or exercising is not efficient. Once a lifetime pattern is established, the rest will follow. Thumbs up and stay on course.
